Auckland War Memorial Museum

Neil Martin was the Jasmax project principal working in joint venture with FJMT Architects and designTribe. Heritage Architects: Salmon Reed. The project began in 2013 with a comprehensive site wide masterplan followed by the design development and construction of phase of the ground floor and Level 1 galleries including new gallery and circulation infrastructure, a refurbished south atrium and south entry, new education and orientation spaces, new retail spaces, a cafe upgrade, new conservation labs and consolidated museum staff offices. The Cenotaph Galleries at level 2 were completed in parallel. This project opened to the public in December 2020.
