Devonport Wharf Refurbishment

Initiated as a masterplan and won through competition in 2012, this project was subsequently developed into a 3 stage refurbishment. Neil Martin was the Jasmax project principal and project lead through the masterplan and stages 1, 2 which are now complete. Stage 3 is in the design stages.
